KASETI ZAKAR and KHALIJI live at Romantso Rooftop

Kasēti Zakar is the new duo comprised of Angleos Krallis and Daniel Paleodimos.

With an undoubtedly unique approach to live music making - the two musicians have teamed up to provide us a show like you probably have never seen before.

Samples from likes of Sun Ra and field recordings from Epirus run through a 4-track tape machine and are warped through an array of effects layered with modular synth wizadry, (only to be) followed by live drums and percussion to top it off. The result is an extraordinary amalgamation of sounds and colours that feels like a trip through various music cultures and time periods.

Kaseti Zakar are joining us at Romantso rooftop on 29/09/23 - accompanied by the wondrous Khaliji, an anatolian/jazz project led by Daniel Paleodimos involving the known talents of Dave De Rose, Thomas Meleteas and Raphael Meleteas.
