Migrant Birds are coming back to Athens to present their 2nd edition in town - this time at Romantso.

 For this special club night, migrant birds are bringing together a selection of local artists and DJs.

Migrant Birds is a Berlin based cultural collective (found by palestinian artists and curators Marwan Hawash & Rabea Sliman) dedicated to movement, research, and cultural exchange through music and artistic practice. Through listening sessions, live performances, and DJ-led gatherings, the collective highlights underrepresented sounds, local traditions, and emerging artists from regions including the Mediterranean, West Asia, North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, and South America.

Meet the birds for this night:

ོ Kvadosh, is an Athens-based producer and DJ navigating diverse sonic terrains. Her work blends raw, Mediterranean-infused elements with contemporary electronic frameworks—especially low-end-heavy, percussion-driven rhythms, reimagined through club-oriented structures.

ོ Bella Mafia, is an Athens-based DJ and curator moving across global and underground club sounds. Her sets are rooted in heavy percussion and Afro-influenced rhythms, woven through contemporary electronic textures and bass-driven club music. 

ོ Marwan Hawash & Rabea Sliman [Hybrid Set], are palestinian artists and curators, the Migrant Birds founders blend percussive grooves from North Africa, West Asia, and Latin America with traditional and abstract live vocals.

ོ Daaaks [Hybrid Set], is an Athens-based artist and guitarist blending traditional Mediterranean sounds with blues, jazz, and electronic music.
